Don't you know your size? We'll give you some advice so you can get it right.

Measure your abdominal circumference in the abdominal area that is widest   then look for the equivalence in the table below:

S 68cm – 82cm

M 83cm – 97cm

L 98cm – 108cm

XL 109cm – 119cm
